Mauro Cellore has spent the past two decades partnering with the principal investors and leading
executives of some of the largest media and entertainment brands to assess and execute growth
strategies, revenue generating initiatives, investments, M&A opportunities and strategic marketing alignments, both in Europe as well as in the US. Mauro has successfully executed more than 80 growth initiatives representing over $90 billion in media investments and over $5 billion in content-marketing partnerships, working side by side senior leader at industry-leading brands such as American Express, Intel, Verizon and Starbucks, leading private equity shops such as KKR, TPG, Apax and Oaktree, and international media corporations and studios such as Warner Bros. Fox, Disney and Comcast Entertainment Group.
As the founder and managing partner of MC[CO] Labs, Mauro currently collaborates with entrepreneurs, principal investors and senior corporate leaders to evaluate, structure and execute growth opportunities,
marketing alignments, corporate development initiatives and investments.
Prior to funding MC[CO] Labs in 2012, Mauro worked as an Associate Partner at WME Entertainment,
where he managed corporate growth initiatives and advised intellectual property owners, technology
companies, content creators, investors and brands on strategic opportunities, partnerships, asset
combinations and growth investments. Prior to WME, Mauro spent 4 years with Bain & Co.,
where he held the position of Principal within the Media & Entertainment and Private Equity
practices. Prior to Bain, Mauro worked in venture capital with Los Angeles-based seed and early
stage venture funds Entertainment Media Ventures and Fusient Media Ventures.
Mauro received his Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at
the University of California, Los Angeles and a Laurea in Economia e Commercio from Universita’
Luigi Bocconi in Millan, Italy, where he graduated summa cum laude.
